In the driver's seat
As a general rule, geeks like to have access to as much data as possible. We figure this applies to our motor vehicles as well. To allow you to access extra information about your auto, we introduce FIXD.
You download the free app onto your iPhone or Android device, pop the FIXD into your OBD-II port (all cars manufactured since 1996 have them), and pair the FIXD to your phone using Bluetooth®. The FIXD quietly sits in your OBD-II port, keeping an eye on things. It'll give you maintenance reminders as you hit milestones if you so desire (based on your vehicle's maintenance schedule). It also optionally allows you to remotely monitor all your vehicles. But most importantly, it provides an engine trouble code scan tool that'll tell you not only why the Check Engine light is on but also how severe the problem is and what the consequences would be of continuing to drive. It's a little device that can give you a whole lot of peace of mind.
